White is quite lost so he tries some tactical tricks
34. Rxd5 exd5 35. Nd6
After 35.Nd6 |
White threatens the rook as well as forking the queen with Nf5. After 35...Kf8 36. Nxf8 Now 36...Kxe8 37. Qc8+ Ke7 38. Qc7+ is perpetual. If black tries 36...d2 there follows
37. Nf6 Qc4 38. Nxh7+ Kg7 39. Qh4 d1=Q 40. Qf6+ Kxh7 (Black can even lose with 40... Kg8 41. Ng5 Qc7 42. e6 fxe6 43.Nxe6
After 43. Nxe6 |
Even with the extra queen black cannot ward off the white attack. 43...Qf7 (43...Qd7?? 44. Qf8+ Kh7 45. Ng5 mate) 44. Qd8+ Kh7 45. Ng5+ Kg7 46. Nxf7 Kxf7 47. Qd7+ Kg8 48. Qc8+ Kg7 49. Qb7+ Kh6 50. Qxa6 and black is losing the ending because of his king exposed.
But Li Tian is always sharp with the tactics and has a surprise of his own.
35...Rxe5!
After 35..Rxe5 |
36. Qg3 Rh5 37. f5 d2 38. Ne8+ Kg8 39. Qb8 Rxh3+ 40. Kxh3 Qe3+ 41. g3 d1=Q 42. Nd6+ Kg7 43. f6+ Kh6 44. Nf5+ Kg5 0-1
The last trick is 44... gxf5 45. Qf8+ Kg5 46. Qg7+ Kh5 47. Qxf7+ Kg5 48. Qg7+ Kh5 49. Qxh7+ Qh6 50. Qxf5+ Qg5 51. Qh7+ draws

So... how do I remove the virus attacking the DATCC blog site? There are a few contributors (I am one of them) but tech wise, Andrew is perhaps the better person to do it :)
Likely it is marked by Google as malware site. Coz you linked Andrew's site which had malware. Either remove all Andrew's site or re-submit to Google to re-index. Andrew should be able to advice.
