Stories beyond the board - Back again

After some four months he is back again. I had been hopeful that the Welfare Department had taken him away but apparently that was not the case. I wonder where he has been all these while.

He seemed happy to see me again. I gave him some food this morning. Noted that he is wearing the jeans I gave him months ago.
