What is MCF doing about chess in schools? Only when there is a large base of players, will there come more and more stronger chess players. The future IM or GM could be a school going child today.

Hi Jimmy, I think the solution is to create a pyramid structure to ensure the talent emerges and be taken care of with the right level of coaching and exposure to competition. This is not difficult to design but it will be tough for MCF as it is currently constituted to implement. So all have to come together and that is easier said than done.
