Rosendo Balinas

Talking about the late Rosendo Balinas, I remembered playing a game against the Filipino grandmaster. Surely enough, a search through my games database brought this up. It is a rather scrappy game, my memories of this game were of Balinas spending way too much time and missing a couple of tactics at the end.

There is a neat piece placement after black's 26th move, with the black queen flanked by white pieces on the back rank
