Another page in Ivanov saga

Borislav Ivanov is very well known amongst chessplayers, and for the wrong reasons. A 2200 rated player, he has beaten many strong grandmasters. Many suspect that he is using computer assistance but no one has yet proved it.

Here is Maxim Dlugy's take on it. He has some interesting observations in Chessbase.

Easy problem to solve. No need to take off shoes. If the "gadget" is breakable, even a kid can come up with solution.

Obviously you don't understand the situation, please think before posting such stupid remark !

I said it is easy to disable the "gadget" if there is one. Why do you have to think of other things? The consequences are not the point here so if you think too hard you are indeed stupid yourself. Obviously you are frozen with your thoughts of coming out with any solution which does not work.

Reminds me of Schrodinger Cat Experiment...

Ivanov is either guilty or not guilty. We have to open his shoe to know whether he is a cheater or not

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and then beat you down with their experience !

What is left for you to argue?

Ivanov has announced his resignation in his chess career >> http://chessbase.com/Home/TabId/211/PostId/4011410/ivanov-ends-his-chess-career-051013.aspx

typical malaysian ! all they do are arguing with each other, yet not producing anything. Indonesian has add another GM, a girl GM ! , where is Malaysian GM? I predict Malaysia will have no GM ever !

Anonymous said...

Your prediction is quite harsh, it is accepted fact that malaysian are weaker compare to their neighbours, Indonesian, Singapore, Vietnam or Myanmar ( all this countries have GMs), 10 years time is likely that malaysian will finally have theit first GM.

Correction for my earlier comment : What is left for you ALL to argue?...

Oh, my mistake.. Let's argue about Malaysia's First GM.. or let's go to Raymond's blog..

Oh, my mistake again ; no one comment, or argue on Raymond's blog. Sorry Raymond!

If our competition is ourselves, why then play with an opponent or do competitor analysis? Don't mix up Airasia with chess.
